Eating

I found two excellent French restaurants.
In Valparaiso, Le Filou de Montpelier (The Trickster of Montpelier)
Stunningly good food at very affordable prices. On Cerro

And in Coquimbo, Chez La Sorciere, presided over by owner/chef
Pascal.
I would chat with him about my wishes (fish, both nights, with sauces),
and he happily obliged.
Thanks, Pascal
