from the esplanade is a large fountain, with statue clusters arrayed
around it
Because of the shadows, and the water spray, it was difficult to get good photos |

But this image caught my eye Portraying a woman who is either sad or distressed, with a tired body and sagging breasts, is an act of empathy and courage |

| Arrayed around the base of the fountain (see top photo) are a series of bas reliefs. Although less dramatic than the statues, they nevertheless hold significant interest | ||
